Objective:To improve the quality standard of Pishen Liangzhu pills

the study of HPLC methodology was carried out to determine the paeoniflorin in the pills.Method: Using HPLC.The separation was performed on Kromasil-C18 column（4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm）

using a mixture of acetonitrile-0.05 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate（10∶ 90） as the mobile phase;the detection wavelength was wet at 230 nm.Result: The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.106 2-1.062 μg（r=0.999 95）.The average recovery for paeoniflorin was 96.83%.Conclusion: The method is selective

accurate and simple.It is suitable for controlling the quality of Pishen Liangzhu pills.
