for 7 d）.Result:Prepared Rhei Radix et Rhizoma with wine could prolong the latent time of reaction on hot-plate in mice

and reduce the wristle reaction times in mice.It could inhibit the ear edema caused by xylene in mice and the granuloma hyperplasia caused by cotton ball（all P<0.05）.Conclusion:Prepared Rhei Radix et Rhizoma with wine has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect.
