摘要

目的：建立同时测定增液汤中5-羟糠醛、毛蕊花糖苷、安格洛苷C、哈帕俄苷、肉桂酸、甲基麦冬黄烷酮A和甲基麦冬黄烷酮B 7种不同类型成分含量的方法。方法：按照传统经方制备增液汤，采用HPLC方法，色谱柱为Diamonsil C18（4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm），流动乙腈-0.02%甲酸水梯度洗脱，流速1.0 mL·min-1，柱温30 ℃，检测波长296 nm。结果：5-羟糠醛、毛蕊花糖苷、安格洛苷C、哈帕俄苷、肉桂酸、甲基麦冬黄烷酮A、甲基麦冬黄烷酮B线性范围分别为4.12~165.00，3.98~159.20，6.97~278.80，7.25~290.00，4.29~171.60，0.07~2.80，0.12~5.00 mg·L-1，相关系数（r）均>0.999 6；平均加样回收率分别为97.42%，96.97%，97.58%，96.94%，99.16%，99.46%，100.33%。结论：该方法操作简便、结果准确可靠，具有较好的重复性和稳定性，为提高当前增液汤的质控标准提供了研究方法和数据参考。
