目的:研究赶黄草抗非酒精性脂肪肝的作用及可能的治疗机制。方法:将大鼠分为6个组,即正常对照组、模型组、非诺贝特组(33 mg·kg-1)和赶黄草高、中、低(16.7,8.4,4.2 g·kg-1)剂量组。除正常对照组外,各组在每日上午均用脂肪乳灌胃制造脂肪肝模型,连续9周;造模第3周开始,每日下午各给药组分别预防灌胃给药。于第9周后,各组取血测定丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)、胆固醇(CHO)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C),并剖剪肝脏,部分用于匀浆测定总胆固醇(TCHO),TG、游离脂肪酸(NEAF)、丙二醛(MDA)、总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px),并将部分肝脏行病理组织学检查。结果:模型组血ALT,TBIL,TG,LDL-C及肝组织TG,NEAF,MDA均显著升高,HDL明显降低,而GSH-Px活性下降,较空白组有明显差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),病理学检查可见多数大鼠肝脂肪变,提示模型成功。与模型组比较,赶黄草提取物16.7,8.4,4.2 g·kg-1均能使血清ALT,TBIL,CHO,TG不同程度下降,HDL-C有一定上升;肝组织中TG,NEAF含量也明显下降,能明显升高GSH-Px活力,均有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),使大鼠肝组织脂肪变程度减轻。结论:赶黄草具有治疗非酒精性脂肪肝作用,机制可能与调节脂质代谢、抗氧化损伤有关。
Objective: To study the resistant effects of Penthorum chinese extract on nonalcoholic fatty liver and possible therapeutic mechanism. Method: The experimental rats were divided into 6 groups:the control group

nonalcoholic fatty liver model was induced by fatty emulsion intragastrically for 9 weeks
those groups were given relevant medicine intragastrically.At the end of 9 weeks

triacylglycerol(TG)
high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)

glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in hepatic tissue were detected
and the hepatic tissue pathological changes were observed. Result: Compared with the control group

Conclusion: P. chinese can treat nonalcoholic fatty liver.Its therapeutic mechanism is partly related to regulating lipid metabolism and anti-oxidative damage.
