目的:考察影响没食子水提液(MSZST)稳定性的主要因素、观察不同储存条件下稳定性。方法:①分别将未包装和带包装MSZST放置高温、强光条件下,考察不同时间颜色、pH、离心前后,总酚、鞣质、没食子酸含量、沉淀量等指标变化;②将包装MSZST放置常温及4 ℃条件下,定期考察影响因素条件下各指标变化。结果:①高温和强光是影响MSZST稳定性的主要因素,高温影响>强光;包装材料可提高其物理稳定性;②常温和4 ℃条件下分别留洋观察24,36个月,各考察指标符合质量标准。结论:通过药效物质基础有效部位及有效成分等多指标全面评价MSZST稳定性,为MSZST生产环境、包装、储存、运输条件提供参考,为以没食子有效部位及有效成分为评价指标的复方,提供实验数据依据。
Objective:Investigate the stability of Turkish Gall water extracted (MSZST) in stress test and long-term test conditions in order to provide experimental data for select manufacturing
packaging
storing condition. Method:To analyze the changes of MSZST parameters:① pH
color
precipitation
polyphenol
tannin and gallic acid in stress test;② pH
color
precipitation
polyphenol
tannin and gallic acid in long-term test. Result:The experiment results showed that the MSZST:① is not stable in high light and temperature conditions;② All observed indexes in 0-30 ℃for 24 months and in 4 ℃ 36 months Long-term test conditions are stable. Conclusion:In order to ensure the long-term stability of MSZST
it is better to kept at low temperature
no light conditions for control the quality.Using variety of indexes to estimate the stability of MSZST is more accurate and can reflex it's inner real quality.
