摘要

目的：观察五味子颗粒辅助联合环磷酰胺+阿霉素+5-氟尿嘧啶（CAF）化疗方案对乳腺癌多药耐药的逆转作用及对多药耐药相关蛋白（MRP）的影响。方法：72例MRP阳性表达乳腺癌患者按住院前后顺序分为实验组和对照组各36例。对照组采用CAF化疗方案进行治疗，实验组在对照组治疗的基础上给予五味子颗粒辅助治疗。两组疗程均为8周。观察两组的临床疗效、生存时间、中位缓解期、治疗后副作用及逆转多药耐药相关蛋白（MRP）的有效率。结果：实验组总有效率为58.33%，明显优于对照组的30.56%（P<0.05）；实验组中位缓解期为12.5个月，明显好于对照组的7.5个月（P<0.05）；治疗后实验组逆转MRP有效率为33.3%，明显高于对照组的2.78%（P<0.05）。结论：五味子颗粒联合CAF化疗方案可以有效缓解乳腺癌患者的临床症状，可有效逆转MRP介导的肿瘤多耐药性，在肿瘤治疗中发挥一定作用。

Abstract

Objective: To observe multidrug resistance reversal and the influence on MRP of breast cancer by Wuweizi granule combined with Cyclophosphamide+Doxorubicin+5-Fluorouracil (CAF)chemotherapy. Method: Seventy-two cases of breast cancer patients of MRP expression were randomly divided into experimental group(36 cases) and control group(36 cases) by hospitalized order. The control group received CAF chemotherapy treatment based on the control group treatment

which can effectively reverse multidrug resistance by MRP
