摘要

目的：建立HPLC测定鸡骨香中的药效成分chettaphaninⅡ的含量的方法，并比较不同批次鸡骨香的含量差异，为该药材质量标准的制定提供依据。方法： Phenomenex Luna（2）C18色谱柱（4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm），乙腈-0.1%磷酸水洗脱系统，梯度洗脱，检测波长355 nm，柱温30 ℃。结果： ChettaphaninⅡ的回归方程为Y=2×106X-166 725（r=0.999 8），在0.255~7.65 μg线性关系良好。鸡骨香中chettaphanie含量在0.472~1.069 mg·g-1。结论：该法准确灵敏，稳定可靠，可用于鸡骨香药材质量控制。

Abstract

Objective: To study the content of active principle and main content in Radix Cortonis Crassifolii in order to provide some academic basis for quality criterion of Radix Cortonis Crassifolii. Method: The method of HPLC was used to determine the content of chettaphaninⅡ in different batches. The method was established on a Phenomenex Luna (2) C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm) with the mobile phase on stepwise gradient elution of acetonitrile-0.1%H3PO4 and the temperature at 30 ℃

the detection wavelength was set at 355 nm. Result: The calibration curves of chettaphaninⅡ was Y=2×106X-166 725 (r=0.999 8)

showing good linearity in the range of 0.255-7.65 μg.The content of Radix Cortonis Crassifolii was 0.472-1.069 mg·g-1. Conclusion: This method is accurate

sensitive

stable and reliable and can be used for quality control of Radix Cortonis Crassifolii.
