摘要

目的：测定川产柴胡不同品种、不同药用部位中柴胡皂苷a，c，d的含量。方法：采用Agilent TC-C18色谱柱（4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm），流动相乙腈-水，梯度洗脱，流速1 mL·min-1，检测波长210 nm，柱温30 ℃。结果：柴胡皂苷a，c，d分别在0.753~22.590，0.461~13.830，0.726~21.780 μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系，平均加样回收率分别为100.83%，99.96%，101.12%。结论：不同品种、不同药用部位柴胡皂苷含量差异较大，建议川产柴胡地上部分与地下部分分别入药。

Abstract

Objective: To determine the content of saikosaponin a

d in Bupleurum Radix from Sichuan Province by HPLC. Method: The samples were separated by a Agilent TC-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm) using acetonitrile-water gradient system as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1

and the detection wavelength for fingerprinting was 210 nm with 30 ℃ for column temperature. Result: There were well linear relationship for saikosaponin a

d in range of 0.753-22.590

0.461-13.830

0.726-21.780 μg

and average recovery rates for them were 100.83%

99.96%

101.12%. Conclusion: There is a great difference in the content of saikosaponin in different varieties and parts of Bupleurum. We suggest that the overground and underground part should be respectively.
