Objective: To develop a RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of acteoside and linarin in Flos Buddlejae. Method: The analysis was performed on Promosil C18 reversed-phase analytical column (4.6 mm×250 mm

the mobile phase was acetonitrile(A)-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (B) with gradient elution(0-10 min
20%A;10-20 min
20%-40%A;30 min
60%A)
the column temperature was 25 ℃
the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detecting wavelength was 327 nm. Result: Acteoside and linarin showed good linearity in the range of 0.079 5-1.272 0 μg (r=0.999 6) and 0.051 6-0.412 8 μg (r=1.000 0);the average recovery was 100.8%

respectively. Conclusion: This established method is simple
rapid
reliable and can be used to evaluate the quality of Flos Buddlejae.
