摘要

目的：探讨头孢米诺钠静脉滴注配合内服中药汤剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性期（AECOPD）的临床疗效。方法：将126例AECOPD患者随机分入对照组与观察组，给予对照组及观察组患者头孢米诺钠静点，观察组患者同时接受中药汤剂三拗汤合瓜蒌薤白半夏汤口服，疗程10 d。比较两组主要中医症状、体征积分及治疗前后肺功能的改变。结果：与对照组相比，观察组治疗后主要症状、体征积分均显著降低（P<0.05）；观察组治疗后肺功能指标第一秒用力肺活量占预计值比值（FEV1）、用力肺活量（FVC）及FEV1/FVC显著优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：头孢米诺钠静脉滴注配合内服中药汤剂治疗AECOPD可显著改善临床症状和肺功能。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the efficiency of cefminox sodium intravenous drip combined with herbal decoction in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD). Method: One hundred and twenty-six cases with AECOPD were randomly divided into control group and experience group. The control group was given cefminox sodium intravenous drip

and observation group received cefminox sodium intravenous drip combined with Sanao decoction and Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction treatments. The course of treatment was 10 days. Symptoms and signs integral and lung function before and after treatment were compared. Result: Compared with control group

symptoms and signs integral after treatment in observation group markedly decreased (P<0.05);after treatment

forced expiratory volume in first second(FEV1)

forced vital capacity(FVC) and FEV1/FVC inobservation group were superior to control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Cefminox sodium intravenous drip combined with herbal decoction for AECOPD can improve the clinical symptoms and lung functions.
