摘要

目的：系统评价中药当归饮子治疗慢性荨麻疹（chronic urticaria，CU）的有效性和安全性。方法：计算机检索 PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Central、CBM、CNKI、万方和VIP数据库，搜集当归饮子治疗CU的随机及半随机对照试验，检索时限均从各数据库建库至2013年5月。采用 RevMan5.2.5软件进行Meta分析，采用GRADE Profile3.6对结果的证据质量等级进行评价。结果：最终纳入15项试验，共1 358例患者。Meta分析结果显示，当归饮子治疗CU的治愈率、有效率均优于除咪唑斯汀外的常规抗组胺药物（conventional antihistamine，CA）；复发率、不良反应发生率均低于CA。结论：本系统评价结果显示，与CA相比，当归饮子有更高的治愈率和有效率，能降低复发率、不良反应发生率。但由于纳入文献质量较低，尚需高质量的多中心大样本随机双盲对照试验来验证。

Abstract

Objective: To systematically review the efficacy and safety of Danggui Yinzi in treatment of chronic urticaria(CU). Method: PubMed

WANFANG and VIP were searched to collect RCTs or CCTs from inception to May 2013.The Meta-analysis was conducted with Revman 5.2.5 software. GRADE Profile3.6 was used to evaluate the grade of the quality of evidence. Result: 15 articles involving 1 358 patients were included in the Meta-analysis. The Meta-analysis showed for the cure rate and efficient Danggui Yinzi was superior to conventional antihistamine(CA) except mizolastine;recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions were lower than the CA. Conclusion: The system review shows that compared with CA

Danggui Yinzi has higher cure rate and effective and it has low recurrence rate and low incident of adverse reactions.
