摘要

目的：研究建立岗梅根提取物的HPLC指纹图谱。方法：采用Phnomenex Gemini C18色谱柱（4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm），柱温25℃，甲醇-0.5%醋酸水溶液梯度洗脱，检测波长254 nm，流速1 mL·min-1，洗脱时间60 min。结果：在选定的色谱条件下，通过相似度分析软件确定了10个色谱峰构成岗梅根提取物的特征峰，10批次岗梅根提取物指纹图谱相似度均在0.9以上。结论：该分析方法稳定可靠，可为岗梅根提取物的质量评价与控制提供了依据。

Abstract

Objective: To establish the chromatographic fingerprint analysis for the quality control of Radix et Caulis Ilicis Asprellae extract. Method: HPLC Methed was applied to establish the chromatographic fingerprint.The seperation was performed on a phnomenex Gemini C18(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm) with a gradient elution composed of methanol and 0.5% acetic acid.The column temperature was set at 25℃ and the flow rate was 1 mL·min-1

the detective wavelength was at 254 nm. Result: Under the above chromatographic conditions

the characteristic peak of fingerprint chromatographic of crude material of Radix et Caulis Ilicis Asprellae extract was composed of 10 chromatographic peaks through similarity analysis. Conclusion: The fingerprint chromatographic set up by HPLC is stable and repeatable

which can be uesd for quality control.
