Objective: To select the perfect method of extracting technology of total flavonoid from Kaifeng Ornamental chrysanthemum and to find differences of content from different parts. Method: Using total flaconoids content as indicator
firstly studying and selecting the the optimum extraction technology from microwave and ultrasonic by extraction time
solid-liquidratio and ethanol concentration. Then the total flaconoids content of Ornamental Kaifeng Chrysanthemum Dali flowers
leaves
stems were extracted by the optimum extraction technology and determined with UV-Vis spectrophotometry. Result: The optimized extraction technology of ultrasonic method was extraction time 30 min
solid-liquid ratio 1:25 and ethanol concentration 80%. The total flavonoids content showed a linear range of 20-70 mg·L-1
the average recoveries of the total flaconoids content was 97.5%
RSD was 1.81%. Among the three kinds of chrysanthemum
Purple Chrysanthemum cliff was the highest content of total flavonoids and Dali Chrysanthemum was the lowest. The content of total flavonoids was the highest in Dali Chrysanthemum flowers
second in leaves
and the lowest in stems. Conclution: The method of ultrasonic is high efficiency and stability
which can be the best method of extracting technology of total flavonoid from Ornamental Chrysanthemum
the UV-Vis is very simple
quick
accurate
reliable and stability
which can provide more reference for studying the quality control of Ornamental Chrysanthemum.
