摘要

对近年来各期刊报道的中药复方干预急性心肌梗死后心室重构的作用机制研究方面的文献进行归纳、整理和分析。通过检索万方、中国知网等大型数据库及国外数据库，查阅近年来有关中药复方干预急性心肌梗死后心室重构机制的研究文献。发现中药复方干预急性心肌梗死后心室重构机制涉及降低心脏负荷刺激、改善室壁应力、抑制炎症反应、调节神经内分泌及抗氧化应激等方面。目前研究表明中药复方可以通过多种途径协同干预心肌梗死后心室重构，凸显出巨大的优势和前景，但尚缺乏足够的循证临床研究，同时分子、基因水平机制的研究有待进一步加强。

Abstract

This article summarized the mechanism of ventricular remodeling after intervention of Chinese herbal compound in acute myocardial infarction based on the collection and analysis of the relavant literatures from different periodicals in recent years. Databases such as wangfang

CNKI and other abroad database were searched to consult the research papers which are about mechanisms of ventricular remodeling after intervention of Chinese herbal compound in acute myocardial infarction. The mechanisms mainly related to reduction of the load on the ventricular stimulation

improvement of ventricular wall resilience

inhibition of inflammation

regulation of neuroendocrine and anti-oxidative response

etc. Current research indicated that Chinese herbal compound can function in ventricular remodeling after intervention of Chinese herbal compound in acute myocardial infarction through various ways

which showed great advantages and prospects

however

in short of sufficient evidence-based clinical research. In addition

the molecular mechanisms should be further strengthened.
