摘要

目的：研究木蝴蝶对酪氨酸酶的抑制及抗氧化作用。方法：以木蝴蝶醇提物的不同极性组分为研究对象，测定了木蝴蝶对酪氨酸酶的抑制作用，以及运用1，1-二苯-2-苦肼自由基（DPPH·）、羟基自由基（·OH）测定其抗氧化能力。结果：木蝴蝶醇提物的乙酸乙酯组分（EAO）、正丁醇组分（n-BO）、水提取组分（WO）对酪氨酸酶活性均有抑制作用，其半数抑制率（IC50）分别为3.081 4，8.525 3，22.750 8 g·L-1；DPPH·和·OH试验显示EAO，n-BO，WO具有较强的自由基清除作用，其清除自由基能力强弱次序均为EAO>n-BO>WO。结论：木蝴蝶具有良好的酪氨酸酶抑制活性及抗氧化作用，抑制酪氨酸酶活性的生成与其抗氧化能力具有正相关性；木蝴蝶醇提物的功能性成分主要分布在乙酸乙酯相中。

Abstract

Objective: To study anti-tyrosinase and antioxidation activities of extract from Oroxylum indicum. Method: This paper took different polar fractions of extract from the O. indicum ethanolic extract as research objects
