Objective: This article aimed to study chemical constituents of Gnaphalium affine. Method: Compounds were obtained from the ethyl acetate extraction of G. affine by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20.Their structures were elucidated according to spectral data and physiochemical properties. Result: Thirteen compounds were isolated from G. affine and identified as ethyl caffeate(1)
