Objective: The purpose of this article was to study the chemical constituents of Vitex negundo var. cannabifolia fruits. Method: Constituents were separated and repeatedly purified through column chromatography on silica gel column

ODS and preparative HPLC. Their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis. Result: Eight compounds were obtained from the ethyl acetate extracts

5 and 7 were obtained from this genus for the first time. Compound 2 was obtained from this plant for the first time.
