目的:探讨化浊解毒方治疗反流性食管炎(RE)的作用机制。方法:将60只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、奥美拉唑组、化浊解毒方组,每组15只。除对照组大鼠外,其余大鼠采用“不全幽门结孔+贲门肌切开术”制备反流性食管炎大鼠模型。造模后对照组和模型组蒸馏水ig;奥美拉唑组按3.6 mg ·kg-1剂量给予奥美拉唑溶液ig;化浊解毒方组按12.5 g ·kg-1剂量ig。8周后观察大鼠食管黏膜的组织病理,酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血清胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MTL)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)含量。结果:奥美拉唑组和化浊解毒方组均能改善食管黏膜病理变化,与模型组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);化浊解毒方组可升高GAS,MTL含量,降低VIP含量,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:化浊解毒方可能是通过升高血清GAS,MTL含量,降低VIP含量,对反流性食管炎起到治疗作用。
Abstract
Objective: To explore the mechanisms of Huazhuo Jiedu recipe in treating reflux esophagitis (RE). Method: Sixty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group

Huazhuo Jiedu recipe group of fifteen rats each group. The RE model was established using partial pyloric ligation and cardiomyotomy except the rats in control group. The rats in control and model groups were intragastrically administrated with distilled water. The rats in omeprazole group were intragastrically administrated with 3.6 mg·kg-1 omeprazole. The rats in Huazhuo Jiedu recipe group were intragastrically administrated with 12.5 g·kg-1 Huazhuo Jiedu recipe. The histopathology in esophagus tissues was observed after 8 weeks treatment.
