摘要

目的: 建立HPLC同时测定红禾麻中4种儿茶素类成分含量的方法。方法: 采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm)

流动相乙腈-0.1% 磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱

流速1.0 mL·min-1

检测波长210 nm

柱温35 ℃。结果: (-)-没食子儿茶素、(±)-表没食子儿茶素、(+)-儿茶素、(-)-表儿茶素线性范围分别为0.050 50~1.010 μg (r=0.999 9)

0.050 05~1.001 μg (r=0.999 9)

0.025 75~0.515 0 μg (r=0.999 9)

0.016 65~0.333 0 μg (r=0.999 9);平均加样回收率分别为97.39%

98.45%

99.17%

97.87%。结论: 该方法简便、准确、重复性好

可用于红禾麻药材的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective: To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of four catechins in Laportea bulbifera. Method: The chromatography separation was performed on a Diamonsil C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm) column with a gradient solvent system of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm and the column temperature was kept at 35 ℃. Result: The linear ranges of (-)-gallocatechin

(±)-epigallocatechin

(+)-catechin

(-)-epicatechin were 0.050 50-1.010 μg (r=0.999 9)

0.050 05-1.001 μg (r=0.999 9)

0.025 75-0.515 0 μg (r=0.999 9) and 0.016 65-0.333 0 μg (r= 0.999 9)

respectively. The average recoveries of four components were 97.39%

98.45%

99.17% and 97.87%

respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple

accurate and repeatable

and could be used to control the quality of L. bulbifera.
