摘要

目的: 探讨益气活血化瘀汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床疗效.方法: 回顾性分析2012年1月—2013年12月在本院治疗的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者58例的临床资料

其中常规西医治疗30例为对照组

西医结合益气活血化瘀汤治疗28例为研究组.观察治疗10 d后两组患者的症状、体征、动脉血气分析结果、血液流变学结果、肺功能等.结果: 治疗后两组临床症状和体征积分均有显著下降(P<0.01)

研究组治疗后临床症状和体征积分为(3.1±0.7)分

显著低于对照组治疗后(P<0.01).治疗组总有效率为97.5%

显著高于对照组的69.7%(P<0.05).治疗后

治疗组患者全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01)

并且显著低于对照组治疗后(P<0.01).结论: 益气活血化瘀汤用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的治疗可以显著提高患者的临床疗效.

Abstract

Objective:To discuss clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Huayu decoction for chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases acute exacerbation(AECOPD). Method: Clinical data of 58 cases with AECOPD treated in our hospital from Jan 2012 to Dec 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. 30 cases of control group received normal treatment

and 28 cases of combination group received normal treatment combined with Yiqi Huoxue Huayu decoction treatment. Symptoms

lung function of two group were compared 10 days after treatment. Result: Clinical signs and symptoms points of two groups were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.01)

and clinical signs and symptoms points of combination group was (3.1±0.7)

which was lower than control group(P<0.01). Total efficiency of combination group was 97.5%

which was higher than 69.7% of control group(P<0.01). High shear whole blood viscosity

plasma viscosity

erythrocyte aggregation index of combination group after treatment were significantly decreased(P<0.01)

which were lower than control gorup(P<0.01). Conclusion: Yiqi Huoxue Huayu decoction treatment for AECOPD can improve clinical efficacy.
