目的: 研究黑骨藤化学成分. 方法: 采用反复硅胶柱色谱法、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱法等进行分离纯化
并通过理化常数测定和质谱、一维、二维核磁共振等波谱方法分析鉴定其化学结构. 结果: 从黑骨藤中分离鉴定了2个神经酰胺类化合物
分别为1-O-β-D-葡萄糖-(2S

10E)-2-[(2R)-2-羟基二十四烷酰氨基]-10-十八烷-3
4-二醇(1)
(2S
10E)-2-[(2R)-2-羟基二十四烷酰氨基]-10-十八烷-1

4-三醇(2). 结论: 所有化合物均首次从黑骨藤中分离得到
采用二维核磁技术确定化合物2的结构
并对其二维谱数据进行归属.

4-triol(2). Conclusion: Two compounds were all isolated from P.forrestii for the first time.
