目的: 观察不同栽培品种、不同加工方法的温莪术挥发油的化学成分及其对肿瘤细胞的生长抑制作用的差异。方法: 利用MTT法检测同一产地不同栽培品种、不同加工方法的温莪术的挥发油对胃癌肿瘤细胞MGC-803增殖的影响
并用GC-MS检测出挥发油中各成分的相对含量。结果: 不同栽培品种、不同加工方法的温莪术挥发油对MGC-803的生长抑制作用存在着明显的差异
当温莪术提取的挥发油为高浓度时
组培品种鲜品对MGC-803的生长抑制最高
为20.2%;当药液浓度为低浓度时
普通品种鲜品对MGC-803的生长抑制最高为18.4%。其所含化学成分也差异明显
如β-水芹烯、双环[3.1.1]庚烷

对于抑制胃癌肿瘤细胞的增殖作用上也存在明显差异
以组培品种的鲜品与加工品的挥发油对MGC-803的抑制作用最强。
Objective: To observe the differences of composition in volatile oil and anti-tumor effect in vitro within the different cultivated species and different processing products of Curcuma wenyujin. Method: The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation
