标定了10个共有色谱峰。含量测定条件通过方法学验证
平均加样回收率分别为102.52%
98.23%。结论: 该法所建立的白芷香豆素类成分指纹图谱特征性强、方法简便
结合欧前胡素和异欧前胡素含量测定可更好地控制其质量
对白芷的鉴定及质量控制具有指导意义和参考价值。
Abstract
Objective: A method of HPLC-DAD was developed to evaluate the quality of Angelicae Dahuricae Radix through multi-target ingredient determination and finger printing analysis technologies. Method: The optimal conditions of separation and detection were achieved on a Platisil DOS C18(4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm) with linear gradient elution of acetonitrile-water. The detection wavelength was 254 nm. Collect 10 batches from different origins in China to assess the similarities according to similarity evaluation for ‘chromatographic fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine’(2004A). Result: In quantitative analysis
the two components showed good regression with linear ranges
and their recoveries were 102.52% and 98.23%. Conclusion: This study indicated that the combination of quantitative and chromatographic fingerprint analysis can be readily utilized as a quality control method for Angelicae Dahuricae Radix.
