目的: 探讨不同清热中药对干燥综合征(SS)模型鼠颌下腺水分子转运功能的干预作用。方法: 利用C57小鼠建立SS动物模型
共设立12组
即白花蛇舌草组4.51 g ·kg-1
紫草组4.51 g ·kg-1
青蒿组4.51 g ·kg-1
蒲公英组4.51 g ·kg-1
大青叶组4.51 g ·kg-1
板蓝根组2.25 g ·kg-1
半枝莲组2.72 g ·kg-1
玄参组2.25 g ·kg-1
积雪草组2.25 g ·kg-1
七叶一枝花组2.25 g ·kg-1。各组小鼠于造模第14天开始ig给予相应药物
正常组、模型组均ig生理盐水20 mL ·kg-1
每日1次
连续4周
并于造模前以及造模后2

6周固定时间测量小鼠饮水量、唾液流量以及检测各组小鼠水通道蛋白5(aquaporins 5
AQP5)表达。结果: 与正常组比较
模型组饮水量增加
在第4
6周差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组比较
治疗组小鼠从治疗2周后小鼠饮水量均有减少
第4周时白花蛇舌草组、青蒿组、大青叶组、半枝莲组与模型组相比差异显著(P<0.05)
第6周时蛇舌草组、青蒿组、蒲公英组、板蓝根组、半枝莲组、玄参组、大青叶组、积雪草组与模型组比降低
差异显著(P<0.05)。与正常组比较
模型组唾液流量降低
在第4
6周时差异显著(P<0.05);唾液流量在第4周时板蓝根组、青蒿组、大青叶组、半枝莲组、积雪草组与模型组相比差异显著(P<0.05)
第6周时各治疗组与模型组比较
增加都比较明显(P<0.05)。与正常组比较
模型组AQP5 积分吸光度差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05);各治疗组AQP5 积分吸光度与模型组相比
各治疗组均有不同程度的提高
其中以青蒿组(76.2±8.1)
大青叶组(77.1±6.6)
半枝莲组(65.4±9.5)与模型组(41.9±3.9)差异明显(P<0.05)。结论: 青蒿、大青叶、半枝莲可以通过对SS小鼠降低饮水量、增加唾液流量以及颌下腺AQP5的影响发挥对其颌下腺水分子转运功能的治疗作用。
Objective: To investigate the effectiveness of water molecules transportation of salivary gland in Sjǒgrenǒs syndrome mice treated by different Chinese medical herbs. Method: The model of Sjǒgren's syndrome was made. The experiment was divided into normal group and model group

Arnebiae radix group
Artemisiae Annuae Herba group

Isatidis Radix group
Scutellariae Barbatae Herba group
Scrophulariae Radix group
Centellae Herba group
Rhizoma Paridis group. The mice were given drugs and normal saline from fourteenth day
once daily
for 4 weeks;the average water intakeand salivery secreatery were observed. Result: Compared with the normal group
the increased amount of water intake of the model group was significant(P<0.05). After treatment
compared with the model group
the amount of water intake of the treatment group reduced from 2 weeks the difference between the model group and spreading hedyotis herb group

the expression of AQP5 reduced significantly(P<0.05)and the AQP5 of all treatment groups was improved after treatment compared with the model group

Sculellaria Barbata group were improved significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion: The different Chinese medical herbs with heat clearing-detoxication are effective in reducing average water quantity
improving saliary flow and AQP5 of the Sjǒgren's syndrome mice.
