Objective: To optimize flash extraction process of total polysaccharides from Solanum nigrum. Method: Phenol-sulfuric acid method was used to determine the content of total polysaccharides with detection wavelength at 490 nm.With extracting amount of total polysaccharides and yield of extract as comprehensive index
