and to determine its relative molecular mass and molecular structure by means of spectroscopic. Result: Through a series of chemicalreactions in organic synthesis are berberrabine and 9-O-(4'-bromo-butane) of berberine
through the optimization of the literature method to prepare 9-O-(4'-butyl amine) berberine derivative
and through the ESI-MS
NMR spectroscopy to determine the structure. Conclusion: By optimizing the method greatly improves the product of 9-O-(4'-butyl amine) berberine yield
and the synthesis process is simple and easy to operate.From the object structure
