目的: 建立同时测定跌打伤药凝胶膏剂中血竭素和延胡索乙素的方法。方法: 采用C18色谱柱 (4.6 mm ×250 mm
5 μm)
流动相甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(三乙胺调pH至6.0) (60:40)
流速0.8 mL·min-1
程序可变检测波长 (0~20 min为440 nm
20~35 min为280 nm)
柱温30 ℃
进样量10 μL。结果: 血竭素和延胡索乙素分别在0.037 0~0.592 8
0.026 50~0.424 0 μg峰面积与进样量呈良好的线性关系
平均回收率分别为98.1%(RSD 1.4%)
96.7%(RSD 1.7%)。结论: 该方法简便、准确、重复性好
可用于跌打伤药凝胶膏剂的质量控制。
Abstract
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of dracohodin and tetrahydropulmatine in Dieda Shangyao cataplasm. Method: A high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method was adopted with programmed wavelength UV detection. A C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm)was used for the analysis at 30 ℃. The separation was carried out with the mobile phase consisting of methanol and 0.1% phosphoric acid (60:40
adjusted to pH 6.0 with triethylamine) at a flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1
and the sample size was 10 μL. The eluate was detected by programmed wavelength (0-20 min
440 nm;20-35 min
280 nm). Result: The linearities were from 0.037 0 to 0.592 8 μg for dracohodin
0.026 5 to 0.424 0 μg for tetrahydropulmatine. The average recoveries of dracohodin and tetrahydropulmatine were 98.1%(RSD 1.4%)and 96.7%(RSD 1.7%)
respectively. Conclusion: The established method was simple
accurate and highly reproducible that it could be used for quality control of Dieda Shangyao cataplasm.
