目的: 探讨不同石灰添加量对丹参产量和质量的影响
为该药材的栽培和自毒作用缓解提供参考。方法: 添加不同梯度的生石灰
以生长指标、产量及丹参素、迷迭香酸、二氢丹参酮等7种活性成分含量为指标
探讨石灰对丹参生长和活性成分的影响。采用HPLC测定各指标成分含量
流动相乙腈(A)-0.1%磷酸水(B)梯度洗脱(0~15 min
25%A;15~16 min
25%~40%A;16~18 min
40%~50%A;18~55 min
50%~75%A;55~56 min
75%~25%A)
检测波长280 nm。结果: 添加石灰对丹参生长和生物量的差异均未达到显著水平。但随石灰添加量的增加
丹参酮类和丹酚酸类物质呈现了显著地负相关趋势
丹酚酸类物质先升高后降低;丹参酮类物质先降低后增加。在连作土中按60 g·m-2添加石灰和在新土中按45 g·m-2添加石灰均能使丹酚酸类成分显著增加
丹参酮类成分显著降低;而当石灰添加量提高至75 g·m-2时
这两类成分均与对照组无显著差异。结论: 添加石灰未对丹参的生长指标和生物量会产生显著影响;但丹参酮类和丹酚酸类物质呈现了竞争性变化趋势
这可能与pH对次生代谢物质合成途径关键酶的调控有关。
Objective: To investigate effects of different amounts of lime on yield and quality of Salvia miltiorrhiza
and provid a reference for cultivation and autotoxicity ease of this herb. Method: With growth targets
yield and contents of seven kinds of active ingredients (salvianolic acid B
tanshinol
rosemary acid
tanshinone ⅡA
tanshinone Ⅰ
cryptotanshinone
dihydrotanshinone) as indexes
effects of different gradients of lime on growth and active ingredients of S. miltiorrhiza.HPLC was employed to determined the content of these seven components with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid water for gradient elution and detection wavelength at 280 nm. Result: Effects of adding lime on growth and biomass of S. miltiorrhiza did not reach significant levels.But with addition of lime
salvianolic acids substances and tanshinones substances presented a significant negative correlation trending
salvianolic acids first increased
then decreased;while tanshinones decreased first
further increased.Salvianolic acids increased significantly and tanshinones reduced significantly when added 60 g·m-2 of lime in continuous cropping soil or added 45 g·m-2 of lime in the new soil.But the amount of lime added up to 75 g·m-2
there were no significantly difference in these two types of components with the control group. Conclusion: Effects of adding lime on growth and biomass of S. miltiorrhiza do not reach significant levels;but with addition of lime
salvianolic acids and tanshinones presents competitive trend
this may be related to regulation of pH to key enzymes of secondary metabolites biosynthesis pathway.
