目的: 研究治咳川贝枇杷滴丸提取物中的化学成分. 方法: 通过正相硅胶、反相硅胶、聚酰胺、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱方法以及制备型HPLC对治咳川贝枇杷滴丸提取物中的化学成分进行分离纯化
应用谱学技术鉴定化合物结构. 结果: 从治咳川贝枇杷滴丸提取物中分离得到24个化合物
分别鉴定为橙花叔醇-3-O-{α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-(l→4)-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-(l→2)-[α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-(l→6)]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷}(1)
橙花叔醇-3-O-[α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-(l→4)-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-(l→6)]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)

Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents in the extract of Zhike Chuanbei Pipa dropping pills. Method: The compounds were isolated from the extract of Zhike Chuanbei Pipa dropping pills by a combination of various chromatographic techniques including column chromatography over silica gel
reversed-phase silica gel
sephadex LH-20 columns
and preparative HPLC. Their structures were identified by spectroscopic analysis including MS and NMR data. Result: Twenty-four compoundswere isolated and identified as nerolidol-3-O-{α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(l→4)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(l→2)-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(l→6)]-β-D-glucopyranoside} (1)
