目的: 观察消胀方对四氯化碳(CCl4)诱导的大鼠肝纤维化的防治作用. 方法: Wistar雄性大鼠66 只随机分为 6 组
分别为正常组、CCl4模型组、秋水仙碱组、消胀方低、中、高剂量组
除正常组外
均采用CCl4诱导大鼠成肝纤维化模型
造模开始时分别给予秋水仙碱1 mg·kg-1
消胀方200

800 mg·kg-1 ig 7周.观察大鼠体重和肝脾指数的变化;采用HE染色和天狼猩染色观察肝组织病理及胶原沉积情况;检测血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)
门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)
血清透明质酸(HA)
层黏蛋白(LN)
Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ);检测肝组织羟脯氨酸(Hyp)
超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)
谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)
丙二醛(MDA)含量. 结果: 与正常组比较
模型组大鼠的体重明显下降(P <0.05)
大鼠肝脏指数和脾脏指数均明显增高(P <0.01)
大鼠血清ALT
AST
HA
LN
PCⅢ水平明显升高(P <0.01)
大鼠肝组织 Hyp
MDA含量明显升高(P <0.01)
SOD和GSH-Px活性明显降低(P <0.01);与模型组比较

炎性细胞浸润减少;天狼猩红染色显示模型组大鼠肝窦周围胶原沉积明显;秋水仙碱和消胀方组胶原纤维明显减少. 结论: 消胀方对CCl4诱导的大鼠肝纤维化有一定的防治作用
其机制可能与保护肝细胞、减轻肝脏炎症和抗脂质过氧化损伤有关.
Objective: To investigate the effect of Xiaozhang recipe (XR) on liver fibrosis (LF) induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) in rats. Method: LF model was induced by injecting CCl4 subcutaneously twice weekly for seven weeks and the rats were divided into the normal group

Conclusion: XR has preventive and therapeutic effects on liver fibrosis induced by CCl4 by inhibiting hepatic lipid peroxidation and alleviating the inflammation.
