Objective: To optimize extracting process of rhynchophylline from Uncariae Ramulus Cum Uncis by enzymolysis method. Method: HPLC was adopted to determine the content of rhynchophylline with mobile phase of methanol-water (60: 40) and detection wavelength at 254 nm.With extraction rate of rhynchophylline as index
