摘要

目的: 考察不同产地薏苡仁的药效成分含量及其对肺癌细胞的增殖抑制作用

阐明药效组分含量与药效的相关性

确定薏苡仁的最优产地. 方法: 采用HPLC-ELSD和紫外分光光度法测定5个产地薏苡仁中甘油三油酸酯和总甘油三酯的含量

通过四甲基偶氮唑盐比色法测定不同产地薏苡仁提取液对人肺癌细胞A549和SPC-A-1的抑制率. 结果: 河北、辽宁、福建、贵州、山东产地的薏苡仁中甘油三油酸酯质量分数分别为0.91%

Abstract

Objective: To investigate correlation between content and anti-proliferative effect against lung carcinoma cell line SPC-A-1 and A549 of active ingredients in Coicis Semen from five places. Method: HPLC-ELSD and UV spectrophotometry were employed to determine contents of glycerol trioleate and total triglycerides in Coicis Semen

respectively.In addition

MTT assay was performed to explore anti-proliferative effect of Coicis Semen extract from various origins towards SPC-A-1 and A549 cells. Result: The content of glycerol trioleate in Coicis Semen from Hebei

respectively. Conclusion: All samples originated from five provinces are in line with standards of the 2010 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.However

samples from Hebei province have the highest content of total triglycerides and the strongest anti-lung cancer activity

suggesting a positive correlation between active ingredients content and pharmacological activity.
