摘要

目的: 基于中医传承辅助系统软件

分析王庆国教授治疗溃疡性结肠炎的用药经验。方法: 收集王庆国教授治疗溃疡性结肠炎的病案

采用关联规则apriori算法、复杂系统熵聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法

确定处方中各种药物的使用频次及药物之间的关联规则

分析王庆国教授治疗溃疡性结肠炎的用药经验。结果: 对筛选出的115个处方进行分析

确定处方中药物的使用频次

药物之间的关联规则

挖掘出26 个核心组合和6首新处方。结论: 王庆国教授治疗溃疡性结肠炎经验丰富

多用清肝温脾

清利湿热

养血活血之品

切合本病寒热错杂、虚实互见的病机

故收佳效。

Abstract

Objective: We analyze the composing experience from professor WANG Qing-guo in the treatment of ulcerative colitis by using traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) inheritance support system. Method: The prescriptions for ulcerative colitis were collected

then the data was input into TCM inheritance support system

and the composing principles were analyzed by using data mining methods such as revised mutual information

complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical cluster. Result: Based on the analyses of 115 prescriptions

the frequency of each herb and association rules among the herbs were computed

26 core combinations and 6 new prescriptions were mined from the database. Conclusion: Professor WANG Qing-guo is good at clearing the liver and warming spleen

clearing damp-heat

nourishing and activating blood to relieve ulcerative colitis

and the TCM inheritance support system could be used to analyze the TCM doctor' clinical experience.
