目的: 从微观结构的角度观察脾虚四号方干预大鼠腹泻模型肠上皮细胞微绒毛形态的变化。 方法: 健康雄性Wistar大鼠36只随机分为正常组、模型组、脾虚四号方高、中、低剂量组(4.6

取空肠、回肠、结肠组织
通过透射电镜技术观察脾虚四号方对大鼠腹泻模型肠上皮细胞微绒毛微观结构的影响。 结果: 正常组微绒毛排列整齐划一
粗细均匀;模型组空肠黏膜微绒毛变化较小;回肠黏膜微绒毛的变化开始明显
2.5万倍电镜下即可看到微绒毛的排列普遍不整齐
长短不一
电子密度不均匀;近端结肠
远端结肠则黏膜损害逐渐加重
尤以远端结肠最为明显
微绒毛排列紊乱
长短不一
部分缺如
微绒毛变细
形态不规整
且伴有黏膜下分泌小泡增多。给予脾虚四号方及阳性药干预后
均有不同程度改善
尤以脾虚四号方低剂量组最为明显
几乎与正常组无差异;其次是高、中剂量组与阳性药组差异不明显。 结论: 水环境小平台站立法复合高乳糖饲料喂养的方法复制的腹泻模型
其空肠黏膜上皮细胞微绒毛形态变化不明显
从回肠到近端结肠再到远端结肠
微绒毛形态变化逐渐明显
破坏程度逐渐增加
而脾虚四号方低剂量组对其改善最为明显
其次为高剂量组。
Objective: To observe the changes in intestinal epithelial microvillus of functional diarrhea spleen deficiency symptom model rats after the treatment with Pixu Ⅳ recipe. Method: Totally 36 male healthy rats were divided into the normal group

1.2 g·kg-1) and the positive Smecta (0.9 g·kg-1) group. The high fat sucrose diets and the water environment small platform standing method were adopted to establish the diarrhea model. After the successful modeling
the rats were orally given drugs for 7 days. The transmission electron microscopy was used to observe the effect of Pixu Ⅳ recipe on the microstructure in intestinal epithelial microvillus. Result: The normal group showed neat and even microvilli. The model group showed small changes in microvilli of the jejunum mucous membrane;significant changes in microvilli of ileum mucous membrane
with uneven microvilli of ileum mucous membrane and low electron density under electron microscope(×25 000)
serious damages in proximal and distal colons
particularly uneven
thin and irregular microvilli and more secreted vesicles under mucous membrane. All of the above phenomena were relieved to varying extent after the intervention with Pixu Ⅳ recipe and positive drugs. The Pixu Ⅳ recipe low dose group showed the most significant relieve
which was close to the normal group;the Pixu Ⅳ recipe high dose group was next to it
whereas the Pixu Ⅳ recipe medium dose group and the positive drug group showed no significant difference. Conclusion: The diarrhea model established with the high fat sucrose diets and the water environment small platform standing method shows no significant morphologic change in epithelial cell microvilli of jejunal mucosa and gradually obvious morphologic changes and damage degree from ileum
proximal colon to distal colon
the changes became more and more serious. Pixu Ⅳrecipe can relive the microstructure changes of the microvilli in the diarrhea rats
which are maked by the high fat sucrose diet and modified multiple platform method. The Pixu Ⅳ recipe low dose group showed the most significant relieve
which was followed by the Pixu Ⅳ recipe high dose group.
