summarized extraction and separation technology of effective components in the most common Chinese medicines for cardiovascular disease.The most common extraction methods were refluxing extraction
ultrasonic extraction
microwave extraction
supercritical extraction
enzyme method
flash extraction and so on
but these researches were usually for laboratory scale.Single factor design
orthogonal design
uniform design and etc were widely used for optimization of extraction method.Water and different concentration of ethanol were always used as extraction solutions.The most common separation methods were macroporous resin
solvent extraction and precipitation method
and the later two methods usually used with macroporous adsorption resin.Some new separation techniques
such as ultrafiltration method
biological transformation technology and molecular imprinting technique
were also used.This article can provide a literature basis for extraction and separation method of Chinese medicines in cardiovascular disease.
