Objective:Establishment of HPLC-DAD determination of 4 major pharmacodynamic constituents of the mixture of coffee acid
paeoniflorin
baicalin
buddleoside
and the content of the main components of Angeitides mixture I. Method:The Agilent extend-C18 column (4.6 mm×150 mm

the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.5% aqueous solution of phosphoric acid with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1 mL·min-1.The column temperature was kept at 25℃ and the detection wavelength of the coffee acid

baicalinand buddleoside were linear in the range of 0.0448-0.224(r=0.9999)

providing a reference for quality control Angeitides mixture I.
