Objective: To determine the content of ligustroflavone in wine Ligustri Lucidum Fructus by near infrared spectroscopy. Method: Ligustri Lucidum Fructus was processed with ricewine from three different regions. With the content of ligustroflavone determined by HPLC as reference value
quantitative model of ligustroflavone content in wine Ligustri Lucidum Fructus was established by using near infrared spectroscopy combined with partial least squares (PLS). Result: The correlation coefficients (R2) of the quantitative calibration model for ligustroflavone was 0.96789;root mean square error of calibration (RMSEC) was 0.107;root mean square error of predication (RMSEP) was 0.103;root mean square error of cross validation (RMSECV) was 0.25669
and the number of main factors was 16. Conclusion: This method is convenient and accurate. The established models can realize fast determination of ligustroflavone in wine Ligustri Lucidum Fructus.
