Objective: To investigate in vitro transdermal permeability of salidroside phospholipid complex. Method: Taking isolated mice skin as permeability barrier
in vitro permeation test was performed by modified Franz diffusion pool.HPLC was adopted to determine the content of salidroside with mobile phase of acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid (15:85:0.05) and detection wavelength at 275 nm. Result: Cumulative permeation amounts of salidroside phospholipid complex and salidroside alcohol solution in 8 h were (14.8±0.42) μg·cm-2 and (3.01±0.41) μg·cm-2
retention of salidroside in isolated mice skin were 0.95 μg·cm-2 and 0.02 μg·cm-2
enhancement permeation coefficient of salidroside phospholipid complex was 52 times the amount of salidroside alcohol solution. Conclusion: Ability of permeation is strengthened after salidroside being formed into phospholipid complex.
