摘要

目的：对紫草的主要化学成分进行研究。方法：利用硅胶、聚酰胺、羟丙基葡聚糖凝胶（Sephadex LH-20）等色谱技术进行分离纯化。根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果：从紫草中分离得到10个化合物，分别鉴定为熊果酸（ursolic acid，1），没食子酸（gallic acid， 2），柚皮素（naringenin， 3），去氧紫草素（deoxyshikonin， 4），紫草素（shikonin， 5）， 5-羟基-2-乙氧基-1，4-萘醌（5-hydroxynaphthalene-2-ethoxy-1，4-dione， 6），4，4’-二羟基-3，5-二甲氧基联苄（4，4’-dihydroxy-3，5-dimethoxybibenzyl， 7），2’，3-二羟基-4，5-二甲氧基联苄（2’，3-dihydroxy-4，5-dimethoxybibenzyl， 8），异槲皮素苷（quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyrano-side， 9），山柰酚-4’-O-甲醚（kaempferol-4’-O-methylether， 10）。结论：化合物 1～3， 6～10 为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract

Objective: To study the major chemical constituents form Arnebiae Radix. Method: The compounds were isolated with chromatographic techniques

such as silica gel

polyamide and Sephadex LH-20.The structures of isolated compounds were identified by physiochemical properties and spectral analysis. Result: Ten compounds were obtained form Arnebiae Radix and identified as ursolic acid (1)

gallic acid (2)

naringenin (3)

deoxyshikonin (4)

shikonin (5)

5-hydroxynaphthalene-2-ethoxy-1

4-dione (6)

4'-dihydroxy-3

5-dimethoxybibenzyl (7)

3-dihydroxy-4

5-dimethoxy bibenzyl (8)

quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyrano-side (9)

kaempferol-4'-O-methylether (10). Conclusion: Eight compounds 1-3， 6-10 are reported from the plants for the first time.
