摘要

目的：建立酸枣仁药材中游离氨基酸类成分的分析方法。方法：采用多反应离子监测（MRM）方式用Waters XevoTM TQ质谱仪进行检测。以A（含5 mmol·L-1乙酸胺，0.15%甲酸和5 mmol·L-1甲酸胺的水溶液）和B（含0.05%甲酸，1 mmol·L-1甲酸胺和1 mmol·L-1乙酸胺的乙腈溶液）作为流动相，采用梯度洗脱，色谱柱为Acquity UPLC BEH Amide（2.1 mm×100 mm，1.7 μm），柱温35℃，流速0.4 mL·min-1。结果：所测氨基酸成分在12 min内分离良好，在相应的浓度范围内与各峰面积呈良好的线性关系，相关系数均>0.990 4；加样回收率（n=6）为95.57%~105.36%，RSD均<6.7%。结论：本文所建立的分析方法可用于酸枣仁的质量分析及控制，并为氨基酸类成分的检测提供了方法学参考。

Abstract

Objective: To establish a quantitative method for the free amino acids in Ziziphi Spinosae Semen. Method: Acquity UPLC BEH Amide column(2.1 mm×100 mm

linearity as well as repeatability. Conclusion: The established method can be helpful for evaluation the quality control of Ziziphi Spinosae Semen.
