Objective: To analyze and identify the chemical components in plasma from Guizhi Fuling capsules by UPLC/Q-TOF-MS. Method: Poroshell 120 EC-C18 column (3 mm×100 mm
1.7 μm) was used for isolation and identification of chemical components in Guizhi Fuling capsules with a mobile phase of methanol-water containing 0.1%formic acid for gradient elution and the flow rate of 0.4 mL·min-1.Electrospray ion (ESI) source were applied for the qualitative analysis under the negative ion mode. Result: Based on UPLC/Q-TOF-MS analysis
a total of 14 compounds (including 13 prototypes and 1 metabolites) were identified by compared with ion chromatograms and pyrolysis information of mass fragmentation of the blank biological samples and reference substances. Conclusion: This method is rapid
simple and credible for identification of ingredients in plasma from Guizhi Fuling capsules
and it can provide a foundation for the illumination of its pharmacodynamics material basis.
