Objective: To study on chemical constituents from the ethyl acetate extraction of the twigs and leaves of Clinacanthus nutans. Method: The compounds were isolated by chromatographic techniques

such as silica gel and Sephadex LH-20.The structures of these compounds were identified on the basis of organic spetra (1H-NMR
