目的:观察大枣提取物改善缺铁性贫血大鼠的保护作用,以期为临床使用提供实验依据。方法:大鼠饲以缺铁性饲料6周,按血红蛋白(hemoglobin,HGB)及体重随机分为5组,分别为模型组、大枣提取物低、中、高剂量组(2.7,5.4,10.8 g·kg-1)及硫酸亚铁组(100 mg·kg-1),另设正常组,连续ig给药4周,测定给药1,2,4周时血液中红细胞(RBC),红细胞压积(HCT),血红蛋白(HGB),红细胞平均容量(MCV),红细胞平均血红蛋白量(MCH),红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC),直接测定的红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度(CHCM),血红蛋白含量分布宽度(HDW),红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW),血小板(PLT),血小板平均体积(MPV),血小板比积(PCT),给药4周时测定血清中铁、血清总铁结合力、未饱和铁结合力、铁饱和度及肝脏中铁含量。结果:与正常组比较,模型组血液中HGB,RBC,HCT,MCH,MCHC,CHCM水平均明显降低,PLT水平明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),血清铁及铁饱和度及脾脏、肝脏中铁含量明显降低,未饱和铁结合力升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);与模型组比较,大枣提取物能低、中、高剂量组明显升高血液中HGB,RBC,HCT,MCH,MCHC,CHCM,降低PLT水平,对血中MCV,HDW,RDW,MPV及PCT变化均有改善作用;升高血清铁及铁饱和度,降低未饱和铁结合力,且明显升高肝脏中铁含量(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:大枣提取物对营养性缺铁性贫血有明显的改善作用。
