Objective: To establish a HLC fingerprint of the compounds in Fuke Qianjin tablets and make a multi-component quantitative determination,in order to provide a reference for quality control. Method: Sunfire C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) was used, with a mobile phase of 0.1% phosphoric acid and acetonitrile gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was 326 nm from 0 to 12 min,316 nm from 12 to 18 min,225 nm from 18 to 24 min and 254 nm from 24 to 50 min. The column temperature was 30 ℃,and the sample size was 10 μL. Similarity evaluation and cluster analysis (CA) were performed to evaluate the fingerprint of the 11 batches of Fuke Qianjin tablets. Result: The common mode of the fingerprint included 14 common peaks, and 5 of them were identified by comparison with reference substances as chlorogenic acid, ferulic acid, andrographolide, berberine hydrochloride and dehydroandrographolide. The similar degrees of the 11 batches of samples were more than 0.90. Conclusion: The established method has a high sensitivity and specificity, and can be used for quality control of Fukeqianjin tablets.
