Objective: To study the chemical constituents from the stems of Datura metel. Method: The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel and ODS chromatogram columns together with semi-preparative HPLC. The structures of the isolated compounds were identified by 1H-NMR and 13 C-NMR as well as HR-ESI-MS data.
