and puerarin could reduce glucose concentration in skeletal muscle cell supernatant (P<0.05)
with a better effect in SYP

P<0.01); Astragaloside and Astragali Radix extracts had a better effect in increasing glycogen synthesis and HK activity
and SYP and puerarin had a better effect in increasing PK activity.Conclusion: SYP
component herbs and active ingredients could relieve the insulin resistance of skeletal muscle and HepG2 cells
and its action mechanism may be decrease in the expression of PTP-1B
