摘要

目的：观察健脾舒胆降浊方治疗胆郁脾虚兼浊瘀型糖调节受损（impaired glucose regulation，IGR）的临床疗效以及对脂联素，肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α），白细胞介素-6（IL-6）的影响。方法：将96例IGR患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组48例。两组均进行健康教育、生活方式干预等糖尿病基础治疗，治疗组同时给予健脾舒胆降浊方治疗，对照组同时给予盐酸二甲双胍片治疗，疗程为3个月。观察两组治疗前后临床疗效，中医证候积分，空腹血糖（FPG），餐后2 h血糖（2 hPG），空腹胰岛素（FINS），餐后2 h胰岛素（2 hINS），糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c），总胆固醇（TC），甘油三酯（TG），脂联素，TNF-α，IL-6的变化情况。结果：治疗后，治疗组临床疗效明显高于对照组（P < 0.05），两组中医证候积分，FPG，2 hPG，FINS，2 hINS，HbA1c，TC，TG，TNF-α，IL-6水平较治疗前均有降低（P < 0.05，P < 0.01），脂联素明显升高（P < 0.05）；组间比较，治疗组治疗后中医证候积分，2 hINS，TC，TG，TNF-α下降程度较对照组治疗后更加明显（P < 0.05），脂联素升高程度与对照组比较无显著性差异。治疗期间两者均未见明显不良反应。结论：健脾舒胆降浊方能明显提高IGR临床疗效，改善患者临床症状及降低血糖水平，其机制可能与改善胰岛素抵抗、升高脂联素、降低炎症因子水平有关。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Shudan Jiangzhuo prescription in treating impaired glucose regulation(IGR) and its effect on adiponectin

interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α). Method: A total of 96 patients of IGR were randomly divided into treatment group (48 cases

Conclusion: Jianpi Shudan Jiangzhuo prescription canobviously improve the clinical symptoms of IGR and alleviate the level of blood glucose. The mechanism may be correlated with alleviation of insulin resistance

elevation of the level of adiponectin and reduction of the level of inflammatory factors.
