摘要

目的：探讨益气祛风汤雾化吸入治疗肺气虚寒型鼻鼽和生活质量改善作用及对白细胞介素-4（IL-4），IL-5，IL-13，半胱氨酰白三烯（CYs-LTs）等因子的影响。方法：150例符合要求的患者，按1：1比例随机分为对照组和观察组各75例。对照组采用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂，每个鼻孔1喷，每晚1次；观察组采用益气祛风汤雾化吸入，1次/d，20 min/次。两组疗程均为14 d。进行治疗前后主要症状评分和鼻结膜炎生活质量调查问卷（RQLQ）评分；测量治疗前后鼻阻力；检测治疗前后血清总IgE水平（TIgE），特异性IgE（sIgE），IL-4，IL-5，IL-13，CYs-LTs水平；进行治疗后鼻腔分泌物嗜酸性粒细胞（EOS）检查。结果：观察组临床疗效有效率为91.55%，高于对照组的78.57%（χ2=4.683，P<0.05）；治疗后观察组主要症状（鼻塞、鼻痒、喷嚏、流涕、眼痒/异物感/眼红、流泪）评分及总积分均低于对照组（P<0.01）；治疗后观察组患者RQLQ量表各维度评分和总分均低于对照组（P<0.01）；治疗后观察组患者鼻阻力低于对照组（P<0.01）；治疗后观察组患者TIgE，sIgE水平均低于对照组（P<0.01）；治疗后观察组患者血清CYs-LTs，IL-4，IL-5，IL-13水平均低于对照组（P<0.01）。结论：益气祛风汤雾化吸入治疗肺气虚寒型鼻鼽患者，能减轻临床症状，降低鼻阻力，提高患者的生活质量，能抑制鼻炎症状，减轻机体的致敏程度，临床疗效优于糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂。

Abstract

Objective: To discuss the clinical effect of atomization and inhalation therapy of Yiqi Qufeng decoction on symptoms and quality of life in patients with Biqiu (allergic rhinitis

as well as its effects on levels of interleukin-4 (IL-4)

IL-13 and cysteinyl leukotrienes (CYs-LTs). Method: One hundred and fifty patients were randomly divided into control group (75 cases) and observation group (75 cases) by random number table. Patients in control group got mometasone furoate aqueous nasal spray

once for every night. Patients in observation group got atomization and inhalation therapy of Yiqi Qufeng decoction

and inhibit inflammation symptoms

and its clinical efficacy was better than that of mometasone furoate.
