目的:通过研究不同钠盐胁迫下远志种子的萌发特性,为盐碱地中远志的前期育苗提供参考,提高远志的产量,促进盐碱地的高效利用。方法:采用单盐NaCl,Na2CO3,Na2SO4和混合盐NaCl+Na2SO4,NaCl+Na2CO3,Na2CO3+Na2SO4,NaCl+Na2CO3+Na2SO4不同钠盐溶液对远志种子的发芽过程进行胁迫,以蒸馏水为对照,每天统计并记录发芽数,计算发芽率,发芽势,发芽指数和活力指数,发芽结束后测量株高,根长,鲜重及干重。结果:当NaCl浓度≥ 150 mmol·L-1,混合盐Na+(NaCl+Na2SO4)浓度≥ 50 mmol·L-1,混合盐Na+(NaCl+Na2CO3)浓度≥ 100 mmol·L-1,混合盐Na+(Na2CO3+Na2SO4)浓度≥ 25 mmol·L-1,混合盐Na+(NaCl+Na2CO3+Na2SO4)浓度≥ 50 mmol·L-1时,处理组的发芽率显著低于蒸馏水组(P<0.05),显著抑制远志种子的发芽。当Na2CO3浓度≥ 5 mmol·L-1时,种子的发芽率与蒸馏水组相比显著降低(P<0.05),显著抑制远志种子的发芽,且随着浓度的增大,抑制作用逐渐增强。结论:低浓度的NaCl,Na2SO4,NaCl+Na2SO4,NaCl+Na2CO3,Na2CO3+Na2SO4,NaCl+Na2CO3+Na2SO4盐溶液对远志种子的萌发无影响,随着浓度的增大,对远志种子的发芽有显著的抑制作用。单盐Na2CO3溶液对种子发芽的抑制作用最强,Na2CO3 ≥ 5 mmol·L-1时对远志种子的萌发具有显著的抑制作用,且随着胁迫浓度的增大,抑制作用逐渐增强。

they had obvious inhibitory effect on the germination of seeds. Single salt Na2CO3 solution had the strongest inhibitory effect on seed germination;Na2CO3 ≥ 5 mmol·L-1 had significant inhibitory effecton germination of seeds
and the effect was gradually increasedwith the increase of stress concentration.
