摘要

由中华中医药学会心血管病分会委托，基于多中心的481例经冠脉造影证实的冠心病心绞痛血瘀证患者，采用多种统计方法，并结合专家意见的集中程度和协调程度，确定了冠心病心绞痛血瘀证疗效评价量表的条目。采用M指数非线性量化等多种方法对量表条目进行了综合量化，最终形成了冠心病心绞痛血瘀证疗效评价量表。本标准(量表)供中医内科、中西医结合内科医生临床使用，适合于冠心病血瘀证患者的临床疗效评价。

Abstract

Commissioned by Society of Cardiovascular Diseases of China Association of Chinese Medicine

the items of efficacy evaluation for coronary heart disease angina pectoris in syndrome of blood stasis were confirmed

which is based on the results of 481 angina pectoris patients confirmed by coronary angiography with blood stasis syndrome from multiple-center collection adopting a variety of statistical methods

combined with the concentration of expertise and the degree of coordination.A comprehensive quantification of scale items was performed by various methods

such as M-index non-linear quantification

and eventually a coronary heart disease angina pectoris blood stasis syndrome efficacy evaluation scale was formed.This standard(scale) is used clinically by internal medicine physicians and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine physicians.It is suitable for clinical efficacy evaluation of patients with coronary heart disease and blood stasis syndrome.
